Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Cards must remain unused and in original condition for a refund to be made

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If greeting cards arrive faulty or damaged, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement.Evidence (such as photos) may be requested before processing.
